Once you have confirmed you would like to go ahead with the build, we will carry out a full survey and soil and ground test on your land, you can choose your office garden from our brochure and if needed choose your desired optional extras. If you decide that you prefer a bespoke approach we have our designers ready for your specification.

If you decide not to use our contractors we will gladly provide you with the working drawings for your preferred garden office, the drawings will include engineers calculations all our working drawings, details and specification.

The usual turn around time from construction is 4 – 6 weeks for a garden office with footings and 1 – 2 weeks for portable garden offices.

All our construction is carried out by NHBC regulated builders and we provide as a standard 5-year warranty, extended warranty is available

We also have the facility for finance.

As a standard we provide electricity to your garden office and plumbing as an extra.
